A Quick Bio

Sport Background?
I had been quite active throughout high school with swimming and rowing until the dreaded University Beer years, which saw sport take a back burner and kgs pile on. I had a dabble in tri's about 3 years ago, but struggled to be consistent with training and soon other life activities came along. Since then I have moved to QLD, renvoated, got flooded, re renovated, and finally settled and getting right back into triathlon again with  Christian Farley @ Tri 247 (I must add the water here is so much warmer than Seven Mile and there are no frosts in winter) and my club Tri Addiction Squad


How long have you been doing Triathlons?
On and off over the past 4 years 

What race are you training for?
Being the first season back its really a suck it and see, with my 'A' races Devonport and the Luke Harrop Memorial on the Gold Coast

Favourite Food?
Pizza - the local italian club is just around the corner from me :)

Favourite book?
Digital Fortress, Dan Brown

Favourite quote?
Is one I think either Gary or Christian put on the board back in the day of Crank
" I will do today what you won't do, so tomorrow I can do what you can't"

Favourite movie?
Charlie and Boots 

What is your current ride?
Bianchi C2C reparto corse, super comfy on the long rides but responsive enough to comfortably race Crits. 
A Trek Speed Concept - I have seen my tt times plumet since receiving this bike through the support of Crank House Cyclery Bardon


What are you currently running in?
 Saucony Triumph 9's. I was plagued with shin issues until I had these fitted by Mike at the Running Company Launceston. 

Greatest sporting moment?
Running in 4th in race 1 of the Queensland Gatorade series 2012


If you were a cartoon character who would you be?
Batman... If only I could get a set of those abs
